Market & impact

Evidence behind
the opportunity.

India’s ride-hailing market is growing quickly, but national scale does not guarantee local reliability. Mountain towns reward networks built around regional behaviour and driver economics.

Impact ambition

Increase reliable access across mountain towns, keep more fare value with local drivers, and create a logistics layer that helps local commerce move.

Why this matters

The thesis

Mountain mobility is not a smaller version of an urban transport problem. It is a different operating system shaped by terrain, dispersed demand, local trust, and journeys that do not fit dense-city playbooks.

Clixi starts with the everyday ride, then uses the same local network to support outstation travel, bike taxis, and parcel movement. One dependable operating layer can unlock several services without rebuilding trust each time.

The venture-studio opportunity is to pair local execution with repeatable software: prove the model deeply in one region, then carry the playbook to other edge communities that large platforms underserve.

What we are building

The operating layer for mountain mobility.

  1. 01
    Local-first ride reliability

Match riders with trusted regional drivers across compact, sedan, multi-seat, and outstation journeys.

  2. 02
    Fair driver economics

Use transparent bidding and driver choice to build a healthier network with stronger local supply.

  3. 03
    Commerce on the same rails

Extend the mobility network into bike taxis and parcel delivery so one operating system serves more of the local economy.
